When a user clicks an affiliate link, a cookie is saved on their device.
Three types of affiliate links:
Site-wide → Covers everything.
Category-specific → Covers either books or courses only.
Product-specific → Covers one particular course or book.
What happens when a user clicks multiple links later:

At checkout, which affiliate gets credit?
First: Look for a product-specific cookie.
If none: Look for a valid category-specific cookie.
If none: Look for a valid site-wide cookie.
If none: No commission awarded.
Cookie Expiration:
Site-wide = 8 days
Category-specific = 17 days
Product-specific = 28 days
Important:
Cookies do not automatically refresh just by visiting the website.
Only clicking a new affiliate link will reset a timer and update tracking.
Day 1: User clicks a site-wide link (Affiliate A) → covers everything (8 days).
Day 2: User clicks a Books category link (Affiliate B) → covers only Books (17 days).
Day 3: User clicks a specific Book #10 link (Affiliate C) → covers only Book #10 (28 days).
When the user makes a purchase:
Buying Book #10 → Affiliate C gets credit (most-specific match).
Buying another Book (e.g., Book #5) → Affiliate B gets credit (category match).
Buying a Course → Affiliate A gets credit (site-wide match).
No cookie valid? → No commission.

Earning Event: A full paid purchase.
Holdback Period: 28 days after sale to cover refund/chargeback risks.
Payout Method: Manual payout request through dashboard. Sent via PayPal (after PayPal transaction fees).
PayPal Email: Must match the registered affiliate email.
Compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, FTC, and all regional marketing laws.
Only promote to individuals who explicitly opted in (no cold emails).
Every promotion must clearly say something like:
"This is an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you purchase."
Incentivized clicks or fake conversions.
Deceptive countdown timers, fake urgency, or misleading earnings claims.
Unauthorized paid search ads on “HyperPwn” or similar.
Use our logos, names, or marks only as officially provided. No implying partnership, employment, or endorsement.
We only share:
Order date
Product names
Discounts applied
Commission amount
We do not share:
Buyer's name
Buyer's e-mail
Buyer's IP address
Our liability to you is limited to the commissions actually owed but unpaid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

First: Attempt informal negotiation.
If unresolved: Binding arbitration through AAA, located in Wyoming, USA.
Class Actions: Prohibited — all disputes must be individual.
Governing Law: Wyoming, USA.
Claim Deadline: You must bring claims within 4 months after the issue arises.
Changes are posted on the dashboard and e-mailed.
New rules are effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
Continued participation = acceptance of the updated terms.
Participation is prohibited from individuals or companies located in: Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Russia, Syria, or any other OFAC-sanctioned region. You represent and warrant that you are not listed on any U.S. government denied-parties list.
